Ebony Titlist, Zyler, Scruggs Sneaky F/S

Was notified by the cues original owner the the Ferruls are special order glass melmline (sp?). I also have just had a good e-mail conversation with my old high bidder and will be allowing him to bid. Still hope I'm not sorry but trying to give everyone a chance.

Glass melamine, you mean.
Kerry used glass melamine as standard synthetic ferrules for his shafts for years until he invented the Ivor-X.

Can't believe it's still only $800 with an hour to go...what a great buy this is going to be! I have a Zylr on order (only 2 years to go!) with buckhorn ferrules, joint and buttcap, pigskin wrap, @ 18.0 oz. If your cue were lighter, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Good luck with your auction...I have a hunch there's going to be some fast bidding at the end! :D

Just recieved an e-mail from christiz123 stating that they have been recieving questions about my items and all her bidders on her auctions have been deleted  It looks like some one has hacked ebay again and is messing with stuff. I hope everything holds together for the big finish. If anyone here has asked a question I didn't respond to please pm me here as I will keep bouncing back and forth.

I don't know I never really played with it. Once you recieve it you'll have to let me know. Thanks again for the sale and the quick payment. Is that your Bussiness address. If so I'll FedEx and you'll have it Tuesday.

yES THAT IS my business address.

Is it just me or are Zylr cues simply *way* too expensive for even a plain sneaky pete?

Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash here at *ALL* because I haven't even hit with one.

Simply put, I just think that's an outrageous price for a basic/fancy sneaky.

What makes it worth it?

He has a 3-year wait, so the market is bearing his prices pretty well.

For expensive cues like this, I read up on the maker to understand his philosophy, then call him. If I buy into it and want to try the cue, as long as I can get one at a price where I can re-sell without losing much, I don't worry too much about it.
