I was caught completely off guard I never expected the court not to compromise with me or extend my probation... even my ex-atty was agast when I told him what happened and the court wouldn't entertain any options to insure they got their money and I didn't get violated... in short the judge gave me 1 week to come up with the money !

I made every effort as far as filing the motions and petitioning the courts and you would think that would give me a little leadway but I guess they viewed it as wasting thier time...
Usually the courts only resort to a hardline, after taking a hard look at one's past record, Whether the person is a habitual offender, and how they have lived up to fufilling their side of the deals that have kept them out of prison, and if they have behaved in between (meaning no other arrests) After awhile, they have to draw a line in the sand, as society is owed justice, and if the deals aren't lived up to and the courts turn a blind eye, then society has been denied justice, and the offender feels that they can always work out a deal, and not have to honor it because they'll just barter another deal to replace the last one. See What I mean? The reasons for the jail time is to make sure the person honors the deal/promise they made. To say it's not fair is not correct, it is fair....to society. What good are laws if no one pays for the crime? Being on probation, one agrees to do/not do certain things, if those aren't lived up to, then the debit to society is due forthwith, no exceptions. I'm sure your P.O. has told you something similar in the past. Unfortunatly, your debit is five years, but you knew that when taking the deal. You made that deal when you broke the original probation that kept you from doing time. Just as in the game monopoly, there are only so many get out of jail free cards in the deck. You had 17 7/8 months to get a part-time job to make those payments, so you would avoid the outcome you now face. That would have been a real step in changing your ways and putting things in the past. Even a partial payment on the books, may had given the judge the desire to give you a break, but the absence of such payment shows absence of effort, and the judge really had no room to work. Please understand, I'm not judging you, just stating the normal facts as they are, not more/not less.
You may become very lucky and find someone who will help you out, but remember, Karma only works for so long, so take advantage and REALLY turn your life around, by honoring all deals in the stated timeframes, and you'll do much better.
I hope all ends fairly for all parties concerned......

I never spent 3 yrs in prison it was 14 months and that was ealr 90's and the only thing I have done wrong since I got into that trouble from when I was 18 is drive on a suspended license for unpaid tickets too many times ! "is that really paramount given the entire scenario"? does that make me who I am today ?

So yes I am behaving myself and are trying to be successful... please forgive me for being a hardcore criminal for driving on a suspended license....

Err, should we post your record again?
It ain't pretty.

Thers a huge difference between my conviction record and arrest record what you guys have viewed is my arrest record that doesn't mean squat !

The violation of probation are technicals and no crimes have been committed nor was I convicted of any new crimes becasue the charges were not files by the state....

When you are on probation you are owned and are automatically arrested 99% of the time you are confronted by the police and also in my case becasue I have dated a couple of the local arresting officers sisters in the past due to my llongterm residence for over 38yrs in this same house, everyone knows who I am and my volunteer affiliation with police ahletic league.... I'm not a bad guy and I don't appreciate you constantly throwing my past in my face !

Perhaps I ought to have my girlfriend dig up your entire life history and see what little imperfections and skeletons you are hiding in that pristine perfect little life you have there Joey...

But I would never pull an ARNOT and post it here... I would post it on my space and provide the direct link to it here ..

I think there would be quite a few AZr's that would be very interested in seeing what lies beneath your too cool, I do no wrong persona !

And the beautiful thing about the FBI is that they have very big shovels and get dig really really deep !

Give it a rest Joey.... we all have seen it and once again arrest records have no clout or weight when it comes to evaluation of character and background checks becasue it does show final disposition and case outcome... arrest records are police disgression based and are motivated by many varibles which is why we have juries and judges to decide the final outcome !

Arnot has restricted access to all the actual case recordsand you usually have to pay for background check which includes accurate info and relevance and only certain files, such as arrest reportswill show up unless you have restricted access such as my girlfiiend and then there is no hiding at all !

I paid dearly and are still paying dearly for my mistakes but I don't need you critiquing me and trying to make yourself look better than me by throwing my past that I can't do anything about constantly in my face !

Your are unarguably 100% correct !

However, the criminal/legal system is soley based on how much justice you can afford....

Becasue I guarantee if I had paid for private council I would have gotten a favorable deal on this motion and not denied !

Hey Ed. I think you have more important and pressing issues to deal with than what Joey says or anyone else on here for that matter. If I was you I would be coming up with $2500.00 - not sitting infront of my computer fighting an arguement that will never end. Let it go - get your shit together - and keep building cues. JMHO.

only with certain governmental entities I will never wear a badge or serve in politics or get a high security clearance but I can work for the government on the lowend of the totem pole ...

But why in the hell would I ever want to work for them anyways... I have seen enough crooks in my lifetime that the last thing I want to do is be employed as one !

Joey, back off immediately! You don't want Eddie's girlfriend to come after you, do you? Horrors.

Easy does it Mr. Ed !!!

All I was saying is that NO ONE is safe from big brother and just because I'm a convicted felon doesn't mean I can't sleep with his sister....

It pays to know people and just becasue I screwed up in the past doen't mean I cannot hang ouot with cops and federal agents....

As I said before If me record is good enough for them to let one of there agents have an intimate relationship with me than it should be good enough for AZB !

Pot calling kettle black.
But, your gf is an FBI?
You have friends that work for NASA that helped you in designing the hit of your cues?
It ain't the world Eddie. IT's YOU.
But, in your mind you are a victim.
Good luck with that line of thinking.
It's not taking you anywhere.

Btw, anyone of them should be able to lend you $2500.

Great.
Coming from an ex-con, that means a lot.
You think the govt. is corrupt but not you?
Get off your high horse Eddie.
GO TO AA meetings.
Go thru 12-step program then you'll find out who you really are.
Until then you are in denial stage.

????????

What the hell does that mean? Trade smokes for protection.........

Makes you wonder when he bought the $15k machine, for his Grandmother's sake I hope he finds the cash.

I hope that if anyone offers the money, it will be posted in this thread or some other thread so that everyone will know that he has the needed money and people will not have to continue to make offers to him.

How many customers does Eddie Wheat have that are AZBilliards customers?

Does Eddie have customers or friends who would step up to the plate? You know who your friends are when you need help moving to a new residence or when you need $2500 to keep you out of jail.

$2500 is a lot of dough to just give to someone even if they are in a jam like Eddie appears to be. I haven't been to his myspace blog but Eddie sounds sincere and candid about most everything he says. I am concerned about Charlie Edward's purchase. 6 1/2 months is a pretty long time. I don't read every single post so don't throw any grenades at me, please.

Another solution is to call the local pawn shop since you want to keep the device local. They might be interested in lending $2500 on something that they can sell for $10,000 in the next year or make a handsome profit on lending the $2500, probably less than 100% profit. The device stays local and is secured for a set period of time although I don't know the terms of pawn shops. Just a thought....

Consider asking your relatives for a helping hand.

Stay away from the Cash Cow PAYDAY type companies or at least that's what I've heard.

I won't suggest making a bet with Jay Helfert on tonight's gold medal outcomes at the Olympics. He has more street smarts than I gave him credit for. Besides, he has already been taken advantage of on AZB and thinks everyone wants a piece of the GingerBread Man so it will be next to impossible to get him to give up the nuts.
