Educational Pool Sayings?

Anyone have have any "educational pool sayings" such as the following...

-Stay down until the ball hits the pocket.

-Always cut if possible instead of banking.

-Amateurs practice until they can make a shot,
Pro's practice until they never miss a shot.


Any others?

I met Willie Mosconi when I was like 16 or 17, and he told me to "Never play your opponent. Always play the table."
 
Never Chalk-up before a mis-cue.

KISS, keep it simple stupid.

When you miss a shot, don't let it make you miss the next shot.

Only Perfect Practice will get you Perfect. (Practice does not make you perfect)

Get a certified instructor, video tapes, books and forget about girls, a job or job advancement. If you could work in a pool hall, do it. Otherwise, your game will never get better. You will have to accept that your game will be used as a recreational release. Your game will be behind, your family, your friends and your job. 4th place will not get the attention it needs to replace the other 3 ahead in the priorities.
 
If you luck a ball in, remember, he could have done it to you. Don't let up. GET OUT!!!!
 
If you're going to crap in a ball, don't forget to fluke the shape onto the next ball.
