Does anyone know what kind of cue Efren played with in this past IPT? It looks very plain and has somekind of signature in the forearm. It has somekind of stainless steel joint?
It doesn't look like the REGULAR/plain Judd that he always played with.
Thank's

Doesn't

Efren also have a cue by Edwin Reyes he plays with too? But, I don't think it is 'plain'. It would be interesting to know just how many cues and cases Efren does have?

I got to thinking, that as a fellow countryman and as a goodwill gesture, that if Efren would buy the other Filapino players a special Justis Pro-lite or Jim Murnak case to commensurate the IPT World Open 8 tournament that they all played in, it would be a nice thing to do.

Does Efren have a room in his house just to hold his trophies?

And he should tip his doctor that did the lazer surgery for him ... lol

It's an Efren "Bata" Reyes cue made by Mezz Cues in Japan. Here's a pic:

I believe that's the one. Hmm interesting. From a distance looks like a plain jane Josey, with the decor ring above and below the wrap. Hmm, so now Efren has his own cue line?

Thank's for the help everyone, especially Nibrobus.

No problem - the cue features specs tailored by Efren:

Weight: 20 oz.
Length: 60"
Shaft: 12 mm
Stainless Steel Joint (to provide forward balance)

Mezz even makes a replica of the $20 cue Efren used in the 90's. It's called the Legend model - here's a pic:

Does anyone know where I could buy the Mezz cue with Efren Reyes's signature on it. Either the replica of his $20 cue or the cue that he uses now would be ok. THanks.

If you want a replica of the Jessie cue, contact Linds.

Just curious to what TIP he uses on his cues????
Efren has been known to use Sniper tips lately, but not all the time. In the past, he's been known to use milk duds. Elkmaster, or other types of soft 'blue' tips soaked in goats milk and pressed. From what I understand, you can use almost anykind of milk, but there's something involved with goats milk that is apparently more effective. From what I understand, the snipers are the closest thing he can come to a milk dud in an off the shelf tip.
