I've read about Efren Reyes playing snooker, but I've never seen any clips of him playing the game. Does anyone have any video clips of efren reyes playing snooker or how good he is at the game?

Efren, Andam and Manalo are/were capable snooker players.
Efren told me flatout though he won't beat those Euros.

How much transference is there between snooker & pocket billiards? The snooker table looks like a football field- so much green.Would snooker be a good drill like tight pockets or playing on 9' tables in preparation for bar tables?

If you have ANY mechanical flaw, it is magnified on snooker tables.

Ask Steve Knight how well Efren can play on a snooker table. I believe he can give a convincing argument. When you make a Brit shake his head in disbelief at the shots you make on a tight 12' table...you just might have a chance at playing the game.

I Love to Play Snooker. Our Local Pool room owner, is so greedy that he converted the 5X10 Snooker table to a 5X10 Pool table, cause on Friday and Saturday nights even with 21 pool tables he would still have a waiting list, and the Snooker Table was the only table open, so to take in more money he converted it.

Before the conversion we used to play snooker or Golf on Saturday or Sunday afternoon's. He also had a set of numbered balls the same size as the Snooker balls and sometimes we would play 9Ball on the Snooker table.
I made the 9 on the Break once, it was great for sharpening up your stroke and aiming.:)

Back to the thread, I knew Manalo came from a Snooker background, but I have never seen Efren play Snooker.:)

Efren doesn't play snooker competetively, sometimes just for money games. He played snooker in ASEAN Games because Philippines has no designated player for it. He practiced for 3days. That's his first ever snooker competition.

The trick to Snooker is NOT to use much side spin ... the distances will kill you. You will eventually start getting closer and using more natural angles. You will definately start to concentrate better! AND, it will help you for a short time when you drop down to the smaller 9'.
