Efren Reyes new cue

Alex is the only other one I think.

It's actually kinda odd seeing some of them shoot with a 1" ferrule.
I just assume everyone shoots with a shorter ferrule nowadays.

I'm pretty sure Lee Van uses a Predator shaft still.

Efren's cue now is on an agreement he sells it back to the original owner.
I don' know how many cues Glenn can own from Efren.
But, my guess is he has the Jessie and the Moochi.
The first Judd JT1 now belongs to Glen Capacio ( a bblaller and a good friend of Efren ). The fancy ivory-pointed Judd was bought by an Arabian gentleman.
I have his Linds cue.
I have no idea where the Mezz went.

Joey:

Whatever happened to Efren's $15 cue?

Pretty great idea, supply a cue to a champion and get it back when its worth 10 times as much. Great deal for both, I would be surprised if there are not more on this arrangement.

I asked him at the us open and only thing that he told me was that it wasn't his and he didn't know who made the cue. I believe he is playing with someone else's cue and they pay him to do so and he really doesn't care who made it as long as he likes the feel of the cue.

Last I saw was a Pat Diveney titlist conversion.

The wrapless cue Efren was playing with a week or two ago in Santa Monica was a Titlist butt with a Judd shaft. At least according to Wayne Boomer, who is Efren's chess partner in L.A. and a certified cue nut.

I'm sorry Joey I believe you I'm just trying to find out who made the Titliest butt that he is using.

I don't know anything about Efrens cue, BUT......I would like to know how he goes about getting a new cue? Does he have a new idea and orders it? or is he mobbed at events with builders putting cues in his hands? or does he try a friends cue and then orders one?....sponsor?

anyone know?

G.

I think he just strolls into the nearest WalMart and selects the cheapest cue on sale. Then he sprinkles his magic dust on it. After all, he is "The Magician".

Efren has recently borrowed my Gina - model 11D with an elephant ear wrap.
When he returns the Glenn cue he wants to have the Gina ready to go.
Efren has shown his ability to play great with a variety of different cues.

Unless Efren Lied

While at the Sacramento Hard Times Tournament I asked him after he completed one of his matches who made his cue. His reply was Danny Green. So maybe someone knows of this unknown cue maker
