Thank you for the tip, I will do that today. Like I said I will be working on this for the rest of this week and see where we are. As someone else mentioned in the thread, alot of people have put their $$ into the Shoot out so I may be up against it a bit. I will be making contact with Hensley again this week. They only wanted to do Product the last time I spoke with them and they have alot of rules that go along with that kind of Sponsorship. Ok, this is my last bump in this thread. We still need $$ help if possible from anyone who is willing. I have have a few meetings this week with the Pino american chamber of commerce so I hope that goes well. The next post will only be to answer any questions that someone may have. Once all this is in place OI will begin a new thread offering VIP seats and pre order DVD sales. I thank you all for your help,

I just got back from Kolbys and its all the buzz there,the poolhall was jumping with about a 100 people there and alot of people eager to see this,i think its going to be alot of fun.

Stupid Law IMHO.
There are so many laws on this, i.e If I get a special event licence they can give me the beer. However the pool room is not allowed to sell beer while my licence is in effect. So the only product I could sell would be the free stuff. I lookied into this and if I did a larger 4 day tournament they would give me beer outthe wazooo, but then the hotels restaurants would have to buy their beer from me and only have a beer/ wine licence.
