I was curious if anyone had the numbers or a good idea of the numbers and who is ahead game count in all their matchups.I know they have both beaten eachother in tournaments and Earl lost TCOM by a few games but who is ahead lifetime between these legends?I personally am thinking Earl is and yes I am speaking about 9 ball total numbers. :)

I don't know what the count is.
Earl beat Efren in the US Open final after the COM.
He beat Efren in the world 9-ball too before Efren won the US Open in '94.
I know Efren beat Earl in one PBT match where Earl went nuts on the audience and he was suspended by Don Maggot.

Its sad we dont have the numbers like other sports, they have everything down, too bad we didnt have Accustats for every match that has been played and records of all the matches. It would be interesting stuff to see who is the best or who has won more games and whatnot.

I think a more interesting comparison might be Archer vs. Strickland, and Sigel vs. Strickland. Reyes always comes up due to the "rivalry", but I think Earl had many more clashes with Archer and Sigel, due to them being in the same country.

I'm thinking that head-to-head, Earl might be the underdog in all 3 matchups lifetime vs Reyes, Archer and Sigel.

I have not found any article yet that gives out their head-to-head tally, but discussions on the subject in most pool forums appear to have Earl ahead without disclosure of the exact numbers. It seems, however, that whenever the Efren-Earl rivalry is mentioned, the matches that immediately come to mind are the The Color of Money match in Hongkong and the 1995 Sands where Efren made the magical Z shot.
