Efren's comeback on Hopkins

can i ask how a tight table, humidity, or a tough breaking table would make it tougher for one player to win than the other?

thats like say after hopkins got to 10 the pockets suddenly got smaller when he shot, and bigger when efren shot... lol

it was two pros playing... and if hopkins can win 10 games straight then why cant efren win 11? not saying efren is a rack better, just saying its not something in need of the amount of nit picking thats going on in this thread.... sorry if anybody disagrees

every comeback has a concomitant choke. alternate breaks??? makes that a choke and a half.

Schmidt had mentioned prior to the match with Johnny that he was having problems with his break. I didn't watch the match, but the tables are playing tough. I have seen a number of players jar balls that were not shot directly into the heart of the pocket.

Xian-Ting Pan jarred a 4-ball straight down the rail at 8-8 and it cost her the match against Allison.

This question is for AzHousePro (or anyone else too!). Efren's match (to go down 10-1 and win from that deficit) and the "Archer/Schmidt" match (11-0) seem a bit unusual for players of their caliber in an alternating break format. Does your friend know if there were unusal playing conditions (table breaking tough, tight pockets, humidity, etc.) or anything else that may have contributed?
