Nah, US dollar is doing strong right now !

Yeah it's a disadvantage to buy something from USA for sure but I can't really complain over all. I've been sick with a gastro or something the past 2 to 3 weeks and I've been to the hospital a couple of times and I never waited long to see doctors and I don't have to pay a cent.

I wish free health care for my fellow Americans as well, Bernie Sanders is the way to go, vote for Bernie Sanders.

It is obviously not free. You are paying for it one way or the other.

Ok, what I'm hearing is;

1, you got the cue. Liked the cue, inspected the cue ( small ding on butt you can't notice unless held up to the light ) and made no mention of any other damage at that point.

2, you circumvented Ebay's & Paypal's policy to avoid fees.

3, ( the most concerning to me ) is that you have or created multiple accounts.

Starting on the ethics alone, you need to explain what your presenting that I should begin to trust.

I already explained that I sent an email asking for a refund the very same day I said the cue was great and straight. at that point I did not notice all the damage to the cue like shown in the pictures I took..

Not using Ebay was not my idea! that was the request of the seller! I would have loved to use ebay, I never bought something with a money gift before...

I created a second account to contact him because I reached my limit of messages I could send him and I clearly explained that to him......

Also, most of your questions have all been answered through out this thread, please feel free to read the thread.

Again....let's talk about the ethics here.

For me, it doesn't add up.

Please tell me, what would I have to gain by buying a cue online trusting someone with my very first ever money gift due to his good ebay rep and then get the cue. then see the cue is not in good shape and want a refund and I offered to pay the 75$ shipping to him. So my scam here is to wait 2 weeks for the cue to get to me because he used the cheapest shipping usps service there is when I gave him 92$ CAD for the shipping and then when I get the cue return it to him and lose 92 CAD$? I must be the best scam artist in the world.

Why did you join AZB?

I joined AZB in June and it was pending to approve my account. I was surprised to see that my account was activated when I went to reply to the seller who I've been told in the hard times 10 ball live stream that he had made a thread about me so I wanted to clear my name and tell the truth of the story.

As you can probably tell by the amount of replies I have wrote in this thread, I am a person who communicates a lot just like I was trying to do with the seller.

Please read your pm.

I read the PM.

This discussion will be held right where it started though.

Please post specifics to be discussed.

I've seen many things on AZB over the years.
Skins showed you that the original pics showed the damage. Please show where you say he lied, the emails you say he sent.

Let me dig up that email. There was a lot of emails.

Even on his ebay ad it said the cue is in very good condition. That's not my definition of very good condition for someone like me who likes to take care of my cues.

I had ask him multiple times before he replied about the condition of the cue.

He did tell me about one ding but said you can't see it and he made no mentions of the other dings and the butt and the joint which you can see in the hd pictures I took.

Mr Wilson - the OP stated that he wasn't going to accept the return because the buyer caused the damage himself after receiving the cue (on page 2)

Yet we have seen that the damage was there in the first place. Not sure if that adds some perspective.

Yes, it does a lot, thank you for your analysis.

I would like to state that I don't think they are "very good" condition either. No more then.
75 to 80 percent at best. Fair to good would be more like it.

On the other hand, he got , admittedly, an $850.00 CAD for $600.00 CAD.
That's just rounding it off. So it is a little beat up. Karma for agreeing to back door the deal.
No way I would have agreed to that. I'm not a gambler. BUT....I would rather lose 500.00 on the pool table then take a chance like that.

Sebroy got screwed plain and simple by Tri. Tri's first posts in this thread screamed guilty from the get go.

Now Sebroy will have to keep the cue and deal with it unless his bank cancels the transaction for him.

I spoke to the bank, that won't be an option... I have to send the seller back the cue and then once he receives the cue then i have to open a claim with my credit card company for fraud and at that point it's not even sure that i would get my money back so I would end up with no money back and no cue cause we all know this seller would not return me the cue if the bank decided not to refund me.

Our input really doen't mean much, but I read the entire thread and I have a few point blank questions to both Sebroy and Trinacria.

To Sebroy: Are there 6 defects total? I wasn't sure if the pictures of the dents were all unique dents, or the same dent with multiple photographs. 4 dents in the maple (both shaft and butt combined, can't tell from pics what part of the cue they were on) + the scratch on the joint collar + the deep scratch on the butt cap?

Based on my experience with many cues over the years (and being a former hothead myself), the dents on the shaft/butt that are horizontal are caused by dropping/slamming the cue on the table after a missed shot (anger). The scratch on the joint collar is caused by dropping the shaft on the floor when taking it out of the case (accident). The scratch on the butt cap is caused either by slamming the cue down on the floor after a missed shot (anger), or the cue falling out of the case and landing on the ground (accident).

To Trinacria: Were those 6 defects there when you had the cue? Are you a "cue slammer" in general? Did you ever drop the shaft on the floor?

Vocabulary: Some would still call the cue with those 6 defects "very good condition"

To Sebroy: How was the cue packaged? Was there any noticeable damage to the shipping container? Is it possible the damage was caused during shipping?

To Trinacria: How much was the actual shipping and packaging cost?

Good point, the only reason that I trusted him was because he had a great ebay rep.... Well ebay rep don't mean shit when it comes to money gift heh.
