There is no stipulations regarding my forcing an apology. He has been reprimanded and admitted he was wrong.

I know. It's up to you. That's why I asked. Actually, I think he just admitted that it was harsh and that he agreed it was against the rules. I'm pretty sure he didn't admit that it was wrong. Let's hope for the sake of common decency that he doesn't do it again. I know that I'll be watching and will report it again as soon as I see it.

Oh, and I just want to add that if he does do it again, I will phone the women involved so that they are aware and can take legal action against him if they choose.

What "mixed events" is everybody referring to? I guess I could understand banning a pro (regardless of your definition) if we were talking about APA or BCAPL where amateurs have paid dues all year and have handicaps, but I for one like playing with pros on a regular basis, with no handicap. I play on the Action Pool Tour out here in VA/DC/MD and we have Shuff, Mike Davis, Shawn Wilkie and several other pros/monsters. It's not handicapped..and they don't always win, either. 25 years ago I played in the regionals of the "Coors Light World Series of Bar Games" in New Orleans...we had 4 touring pros off the PBT and at least one WPBA player (Belinda Beardon) play...none of them won it, either. Here on the East Coast I never see pure "amateur" tournaments, unless it's a league. I saw Mike Sigel get banned from a tournament once, but there was one guy that cashed in SBE and another in DCC, so a little gray...

The worst chainsaws I ran into over the years were almost all no-names, amateurs. While I have certainly heard of the pro's playing to the same or higher levels I have never seen it with my own eyes playing or watching the pro's or watching video.

I had drank beer and swatted balls around with the guy that became my road partner a handful of times before he casually ran eight racks of eight ball in a row for a beer each one afternoon. We were busting our butts for low pay at the time. Two days later we went for a ride and busted other people's butts for much better pay! Nobody ever heard of him and I'll keep it that way.

( when i was banned) now your saying for me to come there. lmao. so listen dont run your mouth when your not prepared to back it up, had i said i would fly there to play you i would have already been on a plane but your the one who said it . So like i said if you wanna hop on a plane and come play like you said well im available. and yes i do have things stopping me. i work 60 hours a week and raise my 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son BY MYSELF so my time is limited. and as to your lowlife comment you should not judge someone based on there personal views. Legal action? Against what? I didn't read everything they wrote, but from what I saw, it was stupid name calling expressing there own opinion! I didn't really see any deformationof character! Can you please tell me what the actual charge would be!

I'm not agreeing with what they said, actually I think it was horrible and pretty idiotic! But to tell the authorities??
