Hey Bill,

I'm way sorry to hear that you have to sell your fine cues. Someone will be getting a boatload of hard to get stuff for sure. Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm for high quality cues with us. I like your taste in cues. I hope that you can get yourself squared away.

DO YOU TAKE PAYPAL!!!!!!!:D :D :D
Just kidding,if you do seperate any of them for indivisual sale let me know
Thanks
Charley

If you are going to separate them, I have interests in the Searing and the possibly the Cantando.

If you're just selling them in order to avoid the IRS getting their hands on them, I'd be glad to hold on to them until the smoke clears.:D :D

I'm thinking if someone buys the cues knowing this guy is in trouble w/ IRS, they would be at risk of having the cues confiscated and maybe even getting charged with a crime for being an accessory to something or other. I'm no lawyer, but I've a strong hunch this is possible.

Naaa

They would have to make increment payments or he deposits the money that way. Ya' 30k could throw a flag. But I highly doubt it. Besides. The IRS does not know what an cue is worth.

You might be real surprised about what they know or the lengths they would go to find out about the value of cues. And 30k would throw a flag.
They will go after the little guy for 30k while watching big business slide for millions.

Ya' He would have to make the deposits in odd numbers and and not in timing. Should be ok.

Unless he was using the money to pay off the IRS.......that could be a possibility, couldn't it?

Sorry to hear your plight

I am sure you need money to avoid further troubles. I just sold a couple cues at no charge to help a few others needing $10,000 and $12,000 for the taxes they had due!
Good luck
Always willing to help

make no deposits all and take payment in numerous small checks you can cash and pocket with out the smums being large enough for the bank to give notice to the State, Feds etc.
Nick can be trusted by all and will broker you cues for you! That way you can relax and have them out of your possesion.
Be careful! for all you know someone from the IRS monitors this forum!

WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE ONE I WANT THAT SLIPS THROUGH THE CRACKS? CALL ME IF WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT. IF IT'S GONE, I'M GONNA BE UPSET.

FYI - Transactions over $10,000 (deposits and withdrawls) must be reported to the feds by banks

Banks can report to the Feds any transaction, no matter the amount if they wish. I have had banks wanting the forms filled out on $2500 before. They can report any things they deem suspicious (it could be a large number of twenties, for example). My wife is a vice president of a bank and at least this is the way it is in kentucky.
