To be correct the cue was a team effort between Ernie Martinez and Terry Mcfadden of denver Colorado. The work is very good as a result however I went with the notion that ernie's name is little more recognizable. My name is Tim, I live in Loveland Colorado. And I have a very nice ernie Martinez cue for sale. It has 3 shafts that are all in good to exellent condition. I have taken very good care of this cue and have had it for 5 years. I do know that the cues is 7 years old and had only one previous owner before I aquired it. The price is negotiable and I do have pics of the cue on my mobile and would be happy to email them or text the pics if that works easier. If I get a good enough price I will pay for shipping of the cue to you. you may respond here or email me at timothychannel77@yahoo.com. Thank you.

How about a description of the cue?

Never mind sorry I bothered you.

LOL...

I think what he meant what you need to describe the cue accurately. Woods, joint type and size, wrap, inlay material, shaft quantity, size and condition, accurate weights and diameters. Clear pictures are a must.

I see you are new here. My suggestion is to browse the wanted/for sale section and see how others list their items.

Escrow will also need to be used unless you have someone to vouch for you. I refuse to deal with any member with less than 10 positive iTraders and I know at least one of the members listed. There are way too many scammers out in the world.

Remember - a good reputation on AZ is all you have if you plan on buying and selling here. Right now, you are new here. In time your actions will speak for themselves.

Good luck with your sale,
Chris

Does this cue have the Martinez logo or the McFadden logo?
That would change the value a lot depending on which one it has.

why dont sellers post pics anymore???
and an asking price???
just askin
dont mean to offend anyone

at the very least..1. post pics or if you cant someone here can help you and post them for you. 2. basic sales say touch and feel..since its the net if you cant see it your losing a sale or getting top dollar for it...........sorry but if someone cant post pics than there not ready to sell on the net,,,,,,,,no offense! but if you can join a site than you should be able to post pics at the least! i understand price is subjective on the over 3k cues and thats fine but PICS ARE A MUST!

My reasoning for not posting pics of the cue is to weed out people just browsing and chatting it up about the cue with no intention of purchasing the cue. As I stated before any potential buyers can email me or give me an email add and I will gladly send pics of the cue to them. I have had several people resond that I have sent pics to and hopwever it shakes out is fine by me. So for those that are just here to chat Im not here for that. Just business.

Interesting marketing techique by the seller ... one that, IMHO, suits your user name perfectly.

Your cue ... you do whatever you want, but I'm sure I'm not the only "potential" buyer who doesn't chace after additional information especially in this market.

I generally like to see all the data presented in the first post and then only decision I have to make is "do I want this or not".

Ernie martinez

The cue that Tim has is a nice cue.He is also a good and honest guy.I have seen the cue. Is solid playing cue.

You ever heard the expression "you will catch more flies with honey than vinegar"? No one is going to go out of their way to try and work with you if you don't post a proper thread. There are plenty of cue nuts on here who buy cues all the time. And yes, there are trolls and chatters and detectives that will waste time posting in your beloved business thread. But you take the good with the bad. It's part of the deal. Post the pics and the details of the cue if you want to gain any traction toward selling your cue. If you want to irritate people you should carry on just as you are.

Ain't that the truth. Amazing selling technique.

The cue was/is listed on craigslist...I think in the fort collins section (if it is still there. He wanted $1,300 for it at the time.

thanks for making my point hidy ho, but if you arent really serious about the cue and want further info you could do as I suggested and give me any email add to send you pics or video of the cue to you. However you chose to interject your opinion when asked talking like your familiar with me and you are not so dont give an unwanted opinion unless your asked. Its rude, and unwarranted. Its pretty simple, I would prefer to do things this way so I dont have to come back here and read unsollicited posts giving me advise. And As far as Im concerned Im on the level. The trainwreck name comes from my days dealing poker. Would be nice if I could erase posts like yours on here. Other than that keep your mouth shut and look at this as a life lesson next time you wanna be cute and speak to people you dont know. What a clown, I feel better.
