Here is one playing SOB by Ernie, that happens to be a jump/break cue as well. It comes with 2 shafts, one with a phenolic tip and one w/an ivory ferrule; when you hit a ball w/the playing shaft you barely feel like you're going through the cueball...it's an Ernie Martinez. It is used so there is a little blueing of the shafts, but it's in excellent shape.

Specs:
Butt: Uniloc joint for shafts, Ernie's standard hand made screw for j/b section; Highly figured BEM forearm; Lyptus handle (very pretty straight grain wood).
Break/Jump shaft: 13.75mm tip; one piece phenolic ferrule/tip
Playing shaft: 12.8mm ivory ferrule w/what looks to be like a triangle tip but not sure.
Nice tasteful simple ring work in joint collars w/Ernie's logo and trademark buttcap & matching bumper design.
Weight: 19oz (a little more w/the b/j shaft) but well balanced-it feels lighter.

Sold

Thanks for looking,
Dave

that's a heck of a deal on a EM! If i don't already have what i need this would be a no brainer for me. I've always liked how EM cues play...

Thanks guys for the nice comments about this beaut. Ernie does nice work and builds fantastic playing cues. No problem with this one. Ernie's making me a cue or I would not sell this one.

This Great Ernie player and j/b cue is still available. I will not bump this many more times, I love this cue (but Ernie's making me a fancier one, so...)

Sweet player

Several people in are area use his jump/breaks as their regular players, this is a great buy. glws Dave.

Last bump, at least for a while...I get bored easily :). This is a great cue folks, whether you want to use it for a b/j ump use it as your player. Don't miss out. And, because of the quick release joint, you really could break with it, switch the shaft quickly and play with it too if desired.

Everything straight except for bluing on the shafts, in excellent condition.

Thanks,
Dave
