Estimate to Convert Shaft

I have an extra shaft and just looking for a ballpark estimate to do the following:

-convert from 5/16x18 flat face to 5/16x14 piloted
-match ringwork to new butt (maple and blue dashes, not too fancy)
-add buckhorn ferrule and new tip

I like the hit and taper of this shaft which is why I want to keep it, but if it's more than $125 then I'll consider just buying a new shaft with those specs. Thanks for any help.

Can I ask WHY, you want this change?...JER

Changing ferrule will very much change the overall feel of the hit & playability. If you like it, leave it be.

It's an extra shaft for my break cue with a phenolic tip and LBM ferrule. The shafts on my playing cue are getting thin and I don't care for breaking with a phenolic tip.

So if it's cost effective I'll consider having it done. Also it's really good shaft wood and (for me) that's a waste on a break cue.
