Ever gotten a Set of Pool Balls with One Ball Missing?

I received a set of pool balls in the mail today...Aramith TV Super Pro Cup. It had no 8-ball and two 9-balls in it. I was super excited about getting them, so I was thoroughly disappointed when I noticed the error. I just hope the supply store I ordered from online can rectify it...already contacted them by email and I'm waiting for a response. I'm not going to name them because I've only had good experiences with them in the past and the error was probably no fault of theirs. Has this happened to anybody else before? I thought it was an unusual error.
