Foiled Again

I could be mistaken, but it appears the foil has been removed from this cue. I would expect that being a custom/special-order cue that it was undoubtedly embossed with the original owner's name.

There is always a possibility that if this is no longer owned by that person, that he/she or the family wanted the name removed, but barring that, it will never cease to amaze me that subsequent owners removed this foil, and continue to do-so, just because the name is not theirs.

I have greater appreciation for personalized cues since to one degree or another, they were special ordered and not just a cue built on spec.
