Ever Shaved Your ....

Cloth? I probably need to redo my table that's covered in Simonis 760, but just haven't gotten around to it. I noticed the cloth on the rails had a lot of pilling, and there was some on the bed too. For whatever reason, I never considered shaving the cloth until my daughter was using this fabric shaver on one of her sweatshirts. That cheap little thing really did the job. All the pills are gone. May have extended the life of the cloth a bit too.

Just a cheap one like you find on Amazon does the job. Probably old news to almost everyone but me. It's sort of crazy how little things sneak by me from time to time.

Ever had an obvious pool related nugget escape you for years?

I had some 860 that was from the flood and it had the Simonis Fuzz all over it. I did, in fact, use my wife's fabric shaver on it and it worked like a charm.

last time i shaved my table it took months to get the shaving cream out of it.

seems if you need new cloth just get it done.

I don't do any quilting on it if that's what you're getting at. I was wondering if it had something to do with glove usage. Most of the specks are dark.

This little video doesn't really capture it well, but after going around the whole table I had quite the collection.
