Evgeny Stalev's cue

Has anyone ever got a load of Stalev's cue, which he uses for breaking and playing? It has a spliced shaft, like a Brunswick 360 from the 'Twenties. Evgeny told me it comes from Russia, natch, and that such cues are common there. Anybody know of an importer?

you can have any cuemaker here build a spliced-shaft. it's no big deal. i saw mark tadd with one in the mid 90's.
