Exotic Ferrules ?

I did some out of I think Iron wood or it might of been Cocobolo I found a log about 3" in Diameter & 3 feet long must of been around 40lbs+ or better, stuff was super hard to cut some thought it was petrified wood slightly hollow in the middle like dryrot fibery in the middle inch then solid through out. To cut it with a saw I had to use oil on the blade. I never took any picture's but I still have a few pieces around, I missplaced the log. I should it to Guido Orlandi he didnt now and thought I was crazy to use it as a ferrule.

something different

14k yellow gold ferrule, there's 3 oz total of gold in this cue, and at todays gold price i don't think i will be building a lot of them for my inventory.
