For most events unless you just live close by the expenses are pretty consistent.

No different than like going to Derby.

1. Travel expense $300 to $700
2. Lodging $600 to $1200
3. Entry fee $200 to $600

Just these three expenses here make it pretty tough to make any money unless you can crack the top 3 or 4.

Tough action for sure.....

One expensive job with know guarantee's .I hope somewhere down the road something changes for the Pro,s where the pressure of having to win
gets some relief.

Get a job

There is only one hope and that is get a JOB.
Make a sure 50 bucks.

That way you can pay for your Home (not rent).
Buy a new car every 5 years.
Go on vacation every year, Paris, Rome, Geneva, Argentina, Australia, Fiji etc..
Have a saving account.
Contribute to your 401K.
Have Medical Insurance.

A job will mean your family won't have to have a Memorial Tournament for you.

Justin, sorry for the "NEGATIVE WAVES MAN"

Wish it wasn't so. :frown:

Don't be sorry for telling the truth. It's tuff for those lucky few. At 55 i get a full pension with medical. I'm 43 now and I'm almost in the home stretch. At 21 i thought id never make it. . Don't be to sad for those guys, they are living out dream.

about 50/yr is the number for the full time top guys-international etc.

I would say for the few that travel a lot, international, etc, that this is close.

Prolly better to say between 40k to 60k. This includes everything i.e. entry fees, hotel, airfare, car rental/transportation, etc.
