Here are a few embossed elephant ear wraps I did this week. Custom dyed and sealed. Any opinions?
Thanx ,

Personaly I dont like them, but kudos to you for trying something diffrent. They just look dirty to me.

They look cool, but......

As you know I am a wrapless man, so I really do not look at cues with wraps. But they would probably look great on the right cue - especially the white one.

Dig the idea but it does look dirty. JMHO looks like old dirty linoleum. Trying new stuff is always good to do.

Yes

We have to keep trying new things or where would we be? I have to say that white one with the right veneers would be the NUTS, but JMO. Keep trying new things Jim, you never know someone may like it! You got my Vote Bud.

Think I would like the one on the right or maybe the center, on the right cue. I think it would have to be a semi-fancy 4-pointer, or something.

Still, it seems like too much dye in the crevices...

I think they look great. With all the furniture and cabinetry these days going distressed and old looking, I think they fit right in with the new looks of today.

Thanx guys for the input. I will have to admit, the pic on the far left is not to my liking. But I do like the center and far right wraps. I was dyeing them to go on a Coco cue which I think will match great. But like all things, to each his own.
I will share pics when I complete the Coco cue with this wrap installed. Let ya know how it came out!

Jim,

were good friends so I gotta shoot you straight, they look bad to me real bad. I like your idea but it just isnt working, I havent seen one on a cue so my opinion is limited to what I see here. I hope you can figure it out. You make great cues-please dont use these wraps on such nice cues,

best

eric:smile:

I used something like that about 4 years ago....the cue third from the bottom...

I liked it..

the pic was taking 2 years ago cause I forgot to take a pic of the cue when I sent it out.
