Extended Wraps - Let's see them

I'm looking at getting another custom made and notice that 70% of the time I'm holding the butt just below the wrap. I'm looking to get the wrap extended and wanted some input to how you had your butt caps finished. Below is an example, I pulled from kbooks3's cue, but was looking for others for comparison.

I did but nothing came up, but looking for custom work to be specific. I would like to see a hoppe ring with an ext wrap, if possible.

I did a search and someone else started a similar thread in the past and talked about his cue. I would interested to see how the butt was finished.

Unless he's changed cues, he plays with a Dick Neighbors cue (RHN cues).

I prefer 60" cues because of my long wingspan, but what irks me is when I see one in the wanted/for sale section that is 60" (30/30 split) and the wrap is in the very exact location it is on a 58" cue, it just has a longer buttsleeve.

"Popeye"...Mike Johnson (Jensen cues) made me a cue with the extended
wrap and a Hoppe ending..it looked beautiful.
Buddy Hall had a Leonard Bludworth made the same way...where I got the idea.
 
I'm planning to send RAT cues a wrapless predator 8 point SS butt and cut the wrap to the place I want it on my next -R- cue to see how it performs. Ill share before and after pics.

If this works the way I expect it to, I'll work with -R- cues to build me an 8 point full splice flame veneer cue with a hoppe ring. I play with one now that has 4 points, five flame veneers, standard wrap location, and hoppe ring. Thanks for the input so far.

There has been a 60" Bill Schick cue with an extended wrap in the WFS section since last summer. Scroll down for pictures.
 
Thanks everyone. I've packaged up my predator butt to "test" out an extended warp. From the butt, not including the bumper, I will expose 1 1/4" of the butt sleeve and then carry the wrap up to the start of the veneer points. I going to send it to RAT cues and will share pics of the finalized work. Should be $70 to cut the wrap and install the irish linen. I'm also having him put a jump/break joint in a BK2, which will be split at 15 3/4" from the butt, not including the bumper. Below is a snapshot of what the butt looks like before the extended wrap.

allot of cue makers will do a ext wrap

the one showed above is a bobby hunter, if you are looking for a custom cue with a extended wrap pm me.
