Its custom made cause my cues is a custom Jenson so had to call him with measurements and he custom made me one.
Those were the original version. I had those. The new system looks and works better, though, there's nothing wrong with your set up.

I think the new version might be quick release. I like mine as it's really easy to adjust the weight.

No I can’t buy online without adding 1.5oz to my cue without the extension which is the issue. I needed it in a hollowed out aluminum bolt and this will actually keep it the same exact weight. Trust me we have looked orders and returned cause nothing worked.

Yes he said it will be quick release and he is going to make me a spare just in case something unheard of happens. I would rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it. I could also add it to my other Jenson if I absolutely wanted to so win/win. Thanks so much for the referral to Rick he is awesome.
Bumper extension is made of aluminum, and weighs 3/4 oz, and 2 1/2 inches long, and made for quick release pin

We ordered it removed my current bolt added it and reweighed mg cue we know exactly what it increased the weight to. It really doesn’t matter at this point because I had one custom made that is going to resolve my issue without adding any weight not even 1 gram. Even working with 2 cue makers we had to have something custom built so if there was honestly a way to buy this without adding weight we would have done it without having to build something.
Custom built and shipped within a couple of days with a Holiday in between. Sounds excellent plus the cue only weighs less than a gram more. I am glad that you found what you were looking for.

Yeah he made it a priority for me because I have a huge 64 tournament end of the month so this will minimize me having to use the rake so much. He is amazing

I know the extension will add weight my goal was to not add weight to the internal fitting that will hold the extension but I was able to get it done so everything will be peachy, it arrives on Monday so I will know and post once it arrives.
So how did it work out. I need to thank you because I ordered 6 of the bumper adapters from cuefits. 10 days from China and only cost me 88 with shipping. I like them because of the quick release and I can use all of them with the same extension
Again, I think you've placed FAR too much importance on the end weight.
You aren't holding it where you usually hold it, you aren't shooting shots you normally shoot with it, your body isn't in the position it normally is...
Everything else is different.

It worked out great, it’s a great fit and added no additional weight which was my goal.

The weight of your cue does matter how it’s weighted does matter. I have had this cue for over 25 years and adding an ounce to it would make a huge difference. I think you are confused in what I’m saying. I know the extension will add some weight and that’s totally fine, my issue is I didn’t want to add weight to my cue with the extension off of it. I know I will hold the cue in a different spot using the extension that’s just a given. I have used them before trying them out but it’s a great tool to have in your tool bag. I can use the rake but this just adds another option.

The BAZOOKA CX-19 Cue extension can be used alone or with the bridge for added reach. One of the main reasons for miscue is you can't reach a shot. The Bazooka fits right on most any cue for added reach to your long shot.

I had a butt cap weight bolt combo custom made with a 10” extension so it’s good to go, I will post a pic later.i know this isnt what you are looking for
