Here is an offer of a great item. The material is Corian. They are 1.370 outside diameter, .625 inside diameter , and are at least 1.245 in length.

The size of these are great for butt plates, can cut up into Hoppe style rings, or can be turned down into joints. This material machines very well.

It takes sealer and finish well and has an off white overall appearance, not virgin white, but still very nice looking.

$6.00 each plus shipping , inside U.S only please

I have 50 of these available

Hi Jim ... Corian is a nice material for inlays and rings.
Used it and liked the way it machined and finished.
Some have used them for ferrules also.

If I were still making cues I would be buying some from you.

Thanx Will. It is great stuff. Great alternative to Ivory for sure, especially for oversea cue builds. Good luck my friend on your new life, hope the fish will be biting for you buddy!
Take care,
Jim Lee

A few more pics of the corian in cues I have built. Just to show what is looks and machines like a little better for you guys.
Thanx for looking,
Jim Lee

I've done some work with Corian(not in cues), do you see the glue line when turned round?

Rodney

Jim,

The designs and finish details on your cues look awesome!!

Do you cut your wrap grooves before or after the clear coat? They look absolutely perfect.

To answer, if you prepare them correctly you will not see a visible line where it meets at the wood. And if you mean in material itself, they are not pieces or glued together to make this tube, the tube is 1 solid piece of corian. And thanx for the compliments, I do my wrap groove last when building customs of my own.
Also, a bump for those in need, have a few corians left, new batch coming in next week for those who have purchased some, and would like more, or those who would like to try them.
Thanx to all,
Jim Lee

I have 50 more pieces if any one is wanting any. New shipment I received on Saturday will fill the orders on hand. So if any one would like any, just let me know as these 50 will probably go fast.
Thanx again to all,
Jim Lee

Jim,
I have not worked with Corian before, how's the weight compared with other materials that we use?

Thanks,
Alan

Much the same in this application. Much like Ivorine or Ivory really. Not very noticable at all.
Thanx,
Jim Lee

As of today, all orders have been shipped and fulfilled. If you haven't received them as of yet, you should mid week.
I also have some of this in 1 foot sections if needed for $48.00 each.
Thanx again to all for your orders,
Jim Lee
