Pliers

I hope others got theirs today as well, and see the value for our work. It would be worth paying full retail for a pair of them IMHO !

Got mine today. What did you do, send me the crappy pair?

JK, all's good. :)

Thanks

Oh, do you know of a good way to take off that coating? Figured I'd ask before getting out a beer and a razor knife

These pliers are excellent. I have several pairs in several sizes with and without cutters.

They are surgical tools! We actually use them in surgery. My dad was a major tool geek and that is where I first learned about them. He was a Dr as well and brought them home from the hospital.

Great find.

Watch the flea markets, you would be surprised how often you can find them.

What I am watching for is Channel-Lock brand locking pliers, like vice grips but with the blue handle and in a black finish on the steel. Have not been made in a long time and I have been looking for a pair for fifteen years. Best locking pliers I ever used.

It is what it is

I do not know most of you guys, and do not have record of a pm ahead of chris' post that did not get pliers. Could I have screwed up? yepp, it was fast and furious for half an hour of typing back and forth. Did I pick anyone out and say: "No soup for you !@!" NO, never, so I can do no more than I have, sheesh. I could have asked more than I did, I knew it when I posted, because I knew they were out of stock at the factory on these too, but I tried to pass on a deal. I did not want to get greedy about it. I got a deal on them, and I passed on a deal. I did put aside a couple for Ohio guys I know, Dick was one, he has helped me many times. BUT I originally offered ONLY ten pair, NOT the twelve I sold, remember?? The two pair for OHIO were those two extra pair I set aside for me.

Got one today.
Thanks Louis.
This is a little monster.
This gives the robogrip the 7-out.
