I still went through with my original plan , with the exception of the fraud charges, everything else was and is a go. Thanks for all the support, it made me want to pay for an annual subscription so we can continue to "do what we do" and continue to try and keep the riff raff out:thumbup:

SO, the guy uses his family members..... I presume he can't get a Paypal account because the scumbag doesn't even have a checking account? That happens when you overdraw your account and never pay it back. Ironically, this doesn't bother me as I see banks as the worst form of organized crime... the LEGAL kind(I see you went .25 overdrawn. As a courtesy, we will cover you and charge 35.00. You are welcome).

File fraud charges and let the law sort it out. Guys like this won't stop until they are incarcerated..

I must say you are definitely the better person in this whole deal. I dought many others would still go that route given what your going through. I give major kudos to you man!!!::)
