I deleted it less than 10 seconds after posting it, for some reason the attachment replicated itself over and over.WTF? How many times you gonna run the same pics? Its not a real exceed imo. the way the name is on there doesn't look right at all.

i'd walk away on this. cue is selling for waaaaaaaaaay less than what it retails for. usually a bad sign.I deleted it less than 10 seconds after posting it, for some reason the attachment replicated itself over and over.
whatever you do, dont bring it to the mezz dealer to authenticate.Just dont want to get screwed and this seems to good to be true, which is often a warning sign.
Question : if I do pick it up, how do I definitively confirm whether it is authentic or not?
The font on the op's cue is not like the real deal. The real Ex's logo have much thinner lines compared to the one shown by the OP. The cue you show here is the real deal.whatever you do, dont bring it to the mezz dealer to authenticate.
if found/suspect fake, they may destroy it on the spot.
Anyway here some info on how to id real exceeds.

Yes siree, you got that right. The logo font is wonky. Fake all the way. Real one: https://www.exceedcue.com/english/c...ss-power-core/exc2-11_20/exc2-132/exc2-132naw This cue new is probably $5500+ these days. A plain jane Exceed is over 4g's now.
IIRC J&J was selling Mezz's before just about anyone else in the US including MezzUSA. They've had tight biz with Mezz thus they get the Exceed's. They are flawlessly made but the prices now are insane. I'd take the 1800bux and have CodyCash, PKCustoms, make me a stunner.Yes siree, you got that right.
To get one at J&J you have to join a list and hope that everyone else before you passes on it. Dealers with accounts are on the list perpetually. J&J has the lock on getting new Exceed cues. No idea why and I don’t care why…
I lost all interest after watching things for over a year. If they lowered the price I still would not be interested. JMO…
Thnx for your comments!
FAKE:
Yeah I agree with you. I followed it when Mezzusa got a couple at 2300. Then they got nothing. J&J must have squeezed out the gal at Mezzzusa. She does not even list Mezz cues now. As I said earlier it's all being manipulated.IIRC J&J was selling Mezz's before just about anyone else in the US including MezzUSA. They've had tight biz with Mezz thus they get the Exceed's. The price was a dead giveaway!FAKE:
The "EXCEED" is wrong.
Fit 'n Finish is a little off, and that one veneer has shade at the bottom.
Mezz would have PERFECT veneer unless All were purposely made that way.
Likely a Chinese or Philippine knock-off.
A dedicated carom cue is significantly different than a pool cue as you probably know. The demand for them is way way lower than a pool cue as well. Add to that I don’t think the Exceed line has a carom cue…One of the FB raffle groups I belong to has some new Exceed cues from time to time , usually Carom spec though. Not sure who they get them through though.
They make a dedicated line of carom cues/shafts. I guess you could put a carom shaft on a Exceed butt. BTW, MezzUSA, J&J, and Cuestix are all listed as Exceed dealers.A dedicated carom cue is significantly different than a pool cue as you probably know. I looked up some of the models they have had and they do come up on the Exceed site but doesn't necessarily say anything about carom.A dedicated carom cue is significantly different than a pool cue as you probably know. The carom cues are in the Mezz line.I looked up some of the models they have had and they do come up on the Exceed site but doesn't necessarily say anything about carom.
I'm not sure where they get them but they are out of Colorado I believe. They don't have them often as they say they are hard to get.
Pooldawg/Cuestix are in Colo and are listed as Mezz dealer.I looked up some of the models they have had and they do come up on the Exceed site but doesn't necessarily say anything about carom.

That logo is correct but who knows about rest of cue.
