Fancy Cue VS Playing Cues

Props to Chris Nitti for winning the ICCS pool tourny druing the show last week. Not a shabby field , coming out on top over Mike Massey and some other notable players.

Don't be fooled into thinking that these show cues are not great playing cues !












(Really just a thinly veiled Props to Chris thread , capping off a nice weekend in Vegas. Cool to see that many of these great builders know thier way around a pool table. )

I once heard Gus say that more he has to put into a cue the harder it is to make it to play good.So according to him it does take some skill to make a real fancy cue play good.

Congrats to Chris for his win!

I also have to congratulate Don Owen, the "O" in OB Cues, who came in a close second!

As a matter of fact, OB Cues has a pretty good record at the ICCS tournament. I think it's 2 wins and a second now.
