Fancy Inlaid Cocobolo & Ebony Lambros

This is a fancy Lambros that is featured in the 3rd edition billiard encyclopedia. The buttsleeve and points are cut from the same piece of figured cocobolo and match very nicely. I have had this cue for a little while and am only selling it because I need the money for something else. If it doesn't sell then I will keep it. Some may have noticed that this cue is also on classiccues.com but it is 100% in my possession.

I am looking for 2850 shipped, not really considering trades right now unless it's a partial and i'm getting cash as well. Pm me or email at danktrees1212[at]gmail.com if interested, thanks.

Specs:
  • Cocobolo buttsleeve with 4 cocobolo points with matching figure into ebony forearm.
  • Triple gold coloured rings at all positions (not sure of material maybe brass?).
  • Lambros logo in buttsleeve.
  • Each point has 4 veneers of black, blue, orange, yellow.
  • Butt: 15.4oz.
  • Shaft 1: 3.91oz., 13mm with very light bluing on shaft. Minor play but I think the bluing is from the case. Can be cleaned up.
  • Shaft 2: 3.95oz. , 13mm
  • Both shaft have ivory ferrules.
  • Nice tight grained straight shafts.
  • Textured black leather wrap.
  • Ultra Joint II.
  • Cue is in great condition and does not require a refinish. Everything is mint except for 2 light scratches in the finish of the buttcap near the logo.
  • Cue has only been used a few times. 95%.

answered a few pm's so i figured i'd post it here as well. right now im more interested in cash heavy trades as i need the money for something else.

yea it definitely is. if it doesnt sell im just gonna keep it. if it does i'll use the money for something else then buy a new one from mike at valley forge.

just wanted to update the info...there's actually 4 veneers. there's a black veneer between the cocobolo and the blue veneer that i forgot about. it's hard to see in the pics but it's easy to see in person. either way it's there so i've made the correction to the main post.
