<<<<<<<Farewell Dindo Perez(1975-2012)>>>>>>>

Ron,

Maybe you can post your Paypal account email.
I am sure some of the posters here would like to make a donation at this time of need, I know I would.

Hi Ron,

So sorry to hear about this terrible news. My condolences to his family and friends.

I was just about ready to order a cue from him. I would gladly donate to help out. Please post up a link to Pay Pal or somewhere we can help out.

Maybe Joey can be the intermediary?

Russ..

hi guys...

dindo's remains will be brought to his hometown in mindanao this week to be with his mother and his siblings..

his memories will be forever with us and with the cues he made...

iam really suffering right now from the sadness and the emptiness it brought me...he was more than my partner in cuemaking but a brother, a father to his 2 young boys and a loving husband to his wife abbie...

i can't really express what i feel right now and i thank everyone for their unconditional support here in AZB..

iam just thinking that everything happens for a reason and dindo taught me how to be tough in rough times...its just sad that i have lost my friend and have not yet got over it..i still think that he is still in the shop and when i come there he will be there to greet me and show me some great work...

in the 7 days in the week only on sundays that we dont see each other..we have talked a lot about what our dreams were...his dreams for his boys...his apprentice allan...he was all concern for other people and during all those days death had not crossed our mind...

life really is precious...my wife and i just cant take it when we see his children...it crushes us to see that these little boys wont have a father anymore...theyre so young @ 11 and 7 yrs old..

thank you so much AZB for the support even when you are on the other side of the world...

Thanks for posting Dindo's photo on here. Now I can place his name with a face. Like so many of the wonderful filipino people, Dindo was low key and unassuming. He would show up at tournaments in Manila and just be one of the many fans who came to see the great players. I met him more than once and wasn't even aware he was a cue maker. Just a good guy who liked pool. I remember his super friendly manner and avid interest in talking about the players and the upcoming matches.

Men like Dindo are what make pool so great in the Philippines. Everyone I work with there is a fan first and a worker second; from the cameramen to the director to the promoters, they love to talk about pool and the players. No wonder I feel right at home there. I will miss you Dindo, your smiling face and your appreciation of our sport. RIP my friend.

My condolences. What a tragedy. He was only 2 years older than me. Too short. :(
