Fast Larry is back. I was off on a little vacation. May I please make a point? I do not come on this board to fight with any body. I do not come on to up set any one. I come on this board to help pool players with their games with my teachings and with my advice. Some desire this, some do not. I would like to simply be your friend. I only want peace, nothing else. I would like to get along, but there is this group over from CCB who will not allow this.

It is my only desire to help people here. I have spent hundreds of hours in that pursuit, 750 posts answering hundreds of questions and giving out free pool advice I normally charge for. I am not a board amateur like my attackers are; their advice is free because it has no value. I am a teaching pro, my advice has value and people normally pay a lot of money to receive it. Free advice is rarely accepted or valued unless it is purchased, then and only then do people usually pay attention to it. My reward for all of that free work is to now be slandered and have out right lies posted about my accomplishments for the sole purpose to harm my career and ability to work. That is where all this ends up? That is pretty depressing.

I have been through that attack with this same gang once before. If you don't mind I choose not to be put through it with the same gang once more coming in here hiding under rocks using a different bunch of made up phony handles. Thanks but no thanks. Having that war once more is a giant waste of everyone’s time. Every one has already made up there mind in the past, A, I am for real, B, I am not. Dragging this out again will change no new minds so why even waste the time and the ink.

There is a group of cue dealers all selling the same cue who do not wish for this to be possible. I don't have the time or the desire to fight with them over this board or over any issue. If they want to control and to dominate this board, it's theirs to have. I have no problem with that.

I am now touring the world and have become very busy, too busy to fight and fuss. This board brings me pain, too much conflict. There is no happiness here; it's like watching one Hugh dis-functional family on TV tear each other apart daily. No matter what you say, somebody knows more, knows it better or is coming after you over what you did say. That is why nobody can post here for any length of time with out having a full and nasty attack being put on them. I can tell you there are other boards this does not occur on, not many but a few do exist. I post on one of those boards right now and suffer none of this abuse over there. That is because abuse is not allowed.

My time is now devoted towards positive pursuits that will help many to play a better game in the future, my book, my DVD's. I have rejoined the world tour and now must spend a lot of time in practice. Teaching and doing shows now all over the country gives me little time for chatting on a board. Teaching you here free and having you kick me in the nuts has lost some of its former appeal.

You will not see me start up or begin another thread. You will not see me come into any thread or discussion underway. You all can have your fun on the board and I do not wish to interfere with that in any way. If cue ball or aju wants to be the new board head ubangi, let them bang away.

If somebody wants to ask me a question or advice, let him make such a post, I may see it and respond to it. It would be best to also send me an email to alert me to this. I will be now going for long periods of time and not even looking in on this board any more. Call me all the nasty names you want, I wont even be seeing them any more, isn’t that a hoot. I will be off this board and on the road now for a month at a time. From now on, I'll settle this thing the pool hall way, I'll let my cue do my talking for me.

You cue dealers, my jealous competitors; you all keep posting your lies and slanders and keep telling everyone I never did anything, that's fine with me. There are 1000 people on this board, surely 100 of them are like sheep and will believe any thing you say or believe anything they see in print, no matter who printed it. You will turn some, I will miss that hundred. In the last several months I was seen by over one billion people playing on TV, on ESPN Asia and TV all over the Far East. I lose a hundred; I just gained one billion new friends. In the numbers game, I am winning. For every person you turn on this board away from me I am gaining 10 million new friends who know I am for real because they have seen me play.

2 billion people, 2/6ths of the planet has now read about me or seen me play. That is a lot of exposure for a guy you say has made up everything he has done. That has to be the biggest con on the planet. Who ever are buying this load of crap, send me their address; I have some land to sell them in South Florida real cheap.

For my friends on this board who do want my advice, just ask and I am always there for you, ignore the bloody cue dealers, don't let them scare you off, they don't scare me off. Don't ask and I'll just stay out of everyone’s way. You don't need me any more; you have that world wide expert of all pool knowledge to now ask, Bernie the magnificent, holder of all pool data.

I'll be playing in the Masters event at the Allen Hopkins event next March and also entertaining at the April BCA trade show in Vegas. Please come by and say hello to me if we have not met.

I am not leaving the board; I am just no longer taking an active part in it. Slander me now all you want, tell lies, call me names, it will not bring me back on to defend. When you do that, most know who you are, why you are doing that to me and it is you who lose face not me over this. I will choose not to respond to any thing you say, so it is not because I am afraid to defend or I am running and hiding, it just means I want nothing to do with bozos. No time for bozos. Been there, done that, it goes no where.

I leave on vacation and you bore with beating me up and you are now beating up our president of our country. He did nothing wrong, but you found wrong in him. Do you see a parallel here, no, I am sure that one went over the bozos heads. People, lighten up, cut back on your coffee, go get laid, pop a valium, have a couple of double stiff jolts, some of you need to do all of that at once. Play pool, have fun, talk good pool. Stop trashing folks, especially the leader of your country, show your leader some simple respect. He is a war time president; our boys are in the field dying for you every day. I wonder if some people on this board respect any thing or any body.

I know one simple thing, I have a lot of shows to do, a lot of teaching clinics to conduct and a lot of people to make smile or help bring their game up to new levels. That is really who I am, what I do. I wonder, who these people really are hiding under their rocks throwing rocks at me, I wonder, do any of them actually do any thing, but throw rocks at people?

No sir, I did not say that on my web site, I said that on AZ, some time ago. I went out and did extensive testing of all layered tips and found out the new Morris were not the old morris. I was stunned to discover the Talismans were that good, stunned at the performance they were giving me. I shared that with the board. I had the guts to come out and say they were now better than the Morris when every body on the board thought just the opposite was true. Now they are very slowly finding out once more I was dead ass right. Others took my word and went out as well and made the same discovery. That was one small success story of what I was able to do to help a few pool players. I am proud of that success. I have been saying for a long time the most important thing on a cue is the tip. Get on a new Talisman, have it put on right, it can make a lousy bloody cue play now great. Get the tip right, then everything begins to fall into place.

Thank you sir for the fine acknowledgement and pay me back by sharing this data with others you know and play with. I do not have the tip up for sale on my web site, my endorsement of it was pure, I just told it like it is. Telling it like it is my friend is not desired on this board, let me assure you of this. :D
 
Some people do misunderstand you Larry, but at the same time you come off so egotistical in your own nature that it seems like an attack. I have nothing against you, I find most of the flame threads amusing...after all the internet is for information but also for entertainment. But like the mm jumpshot and you saying the guy stole YOUR shot was ridiculous and then blasting the guy for performing it was absurd.

I am also sorry to see that you also have to hide behind multiple handles, and use them to bolster your sides of issues. You know you have em, and so do others, but you should be able to debate your side without calling out "supposed" other people to pseudo-aid your cause. Continually calling people "bozos" are not going to make people jump to buy your DVD's. Mike is getting a lot more exposure and traffic coming through here and I would think you would want a good taint following your name instead of a bad one.

Loco was that a shot at me? I dont care if larry is a pro. I dont care if tiger woods was giving free tips if he was a jerk and a know it all i would just walk away.

a teaching pros advice has more value than an amateurs does. A mark of an amateur is he gives his advice away free. A pro charges for it and receives good money for it. Obviously one is worth more than the other. You can't see that because you cant see anything.

I did not open this thread to have your ignorant butt come in on me again, you are one of the main reasons I have hung it up here, I got tired of you dogging me on every post I make. Kiss my apple was my real message, I don't need this any more, you be the new head ubangi and you teach for free, me, I'll go make dvds while you are doing that. :D

The shot was not a shot, he did not even make a ball, it was nothing. Sorry you guys actually thought it was something and then did not like me telling you that you did not have a clue what you were watching. I did not like him stealing my shot, not even doing a shot, screwing it up and then acting like it was the greatest thing since sliced break, that was obsurd. I have a right to defend my work and he broke our code, you don't steal another mans shot and not give him credit for it. There are 1000 nice people on this board, they are all non bozos. I only call about a dozen bozos bozos. If these bozos would keep from piling on every post I make and trashing every thing I say i would stop calling the bozos bozos. No matter, I am out of here any way, like I said, I don't need this crap. This is all nothing but pain and aggravation, when I remove you from my life, I will then be just fine, and cue ball brain, his brain has to be hard as a cue ball, I thought the newfie kent was the dumbest guy on the board, cue ball definetly can give kent the 7. Cue ball, I have a bird dog smarter than you boy. :D

At least Bernie is literate. You have never said a damn thing or taught a damn thing or every posted more than 9 words in a row. Its a good bet your senior year was your 3rd grade. FL, I don't get the animosity either. I have not always agreed with some of the statements in some of your posts, but often people overreact to them and go nuts. You have provided good advice here. There is good advice on your website. You have said some things that people question, but it is funny that when you try out your advice it seems to work. I expect the DVDs will be good. You are trying to convey knowledge which is a diffcult thing sometimes. There is often resistance to it. I say screw the detractors and post away. OTOH, I hope some people don't learn from you. ;)

Then you would be walking away from somebody who could teach you something. I am not saying it is good to be a jerk, but have you noticed that some good teachers are crusty bastards who may not know it all, but they come pretty close? Some of the best advice I have gotten is from some people who might not be the easiest to work with. It depends on whether they know what they are doing and can teach it. Learn from everyone you can. Or not.

hello larry.....maybe this can be of some help.....the major things that make people lash out at you are 3 really......1 is that you are constantly berating people and calling them outside of their names.....2 you are constantly patting your back and attepmting to force your accomplishments on others.....and 3 you dont like those that disagree with you .....we as posters all have our own ideas and we can appreciate what you have to say but not like how you say it......we have even had word of our own,i have things i can teach you about life as you have to teach me.....we all have accomplishments,instead of forcing them on others ...share it with those that want to know.....please dont think im bashing you ,just wish you could be more open minded and appreciate life as i have come to.....i have my days that i hate life but i have put out to much to live and am not going to let little stuff bring me down.....i have met a person on here that has helped and continues to help me to thios day with my life......before i tell you who he is i will tell you a little about what i have been through ,and only if you care to know .....just so you can understand why i say and think how i do.....if you care to listen email me at ne1wannabet@aol.com.......you never know maybe a 33 year old guy like me that is from a "one stop light town" as you told me once can give you a little enlightenment on what life should and could be for us all.....take care and good luck on the road....lots of crazy people to watch out for.........juston coleman

Ok, I've kept my mouth shut through 90% of this thread. First off, Larry you keep saying the guy from Germany "stole" your shot, the guy probably doesn't know you for a hole in the ground. Why would he? You Larry are a no body. Sad to say but your greatest claim to fame is insulting people on the internet.

Now second thing, I have pretty much left you alone for the past little while. Why in hell would you bring my name into this thread? You think you are going to sell alot of your DVD's, the way you act here you aren't putting yourself in the most positive light. Nobody want's to support a loud mouth a##hole like you! You are too old and stupid to realise just because you are a so called "pro", doesn't mean people are going to bend down and kiss your ass. Only people that have serious shortcomings are the ones that feel the need to pump themselves up all the time. Get beat up a lot as a child?
If you really are the guy you say you are...your accomplishments should speak for themselves, but obviously, that is not the case.
