FEEDBACK PLEASE ** Joss THOR " BREAK CUE *****

.

Tried both Joss break cues and didn't like them.

Then to resell them was tough. I had to take a loss.

I like my $30 dollar J&J sneaky pete with a break tip on it better.

I got the Thor black and love it, a few things to note, the Shaft is thick i have not measured it but it feel like at least 13MM that size shaft is perfect for me, all my shafts are that size.

The only thing i could think of is that thickness is maybe because it was part of the design, maybe sanding it down will take away from performance ? i don't know

I have not even shaped the tip just a little scuff so the chalk can grab. I got the 18 once one, i always favored the lighter break cues.

I had the BK2 years ago and if i had to pick one it would be the Thor.

Now Milage will vary from person to person, but with the way my break mechanics are the Thor worked out Awesome for me.

Not bad talking the BK2, the shaft was just to thin for my liking.

I have the light purpleheart version and I'm glad I decided to buy it about 3 years ago. Before that I was breaking with a cheap J&J with a phenolic tip. I couldn't keep the cueball on the table, or get any degree of consistency. It might have cost me a little speed on the break (not much), but now my breaks are overall better and the hit is much more solid and easier to make solid head ball contact.

Got the Heavy Thor

Not thrilled with it, but OK. Try before you buy. I should have.

Wouldn't a loss be expected?

Perhaps difficulty selling was really unrealistic expectation of value?

I don't have one, but would like to try one.
