FEEDBACK Wanted...Did I say anything offensive in my post ?????? Please take a Look

Duane, why do you think you said anything offensive? I saw nothing even close.

Scott

what was offensive here? honestly there was nothing that i see that was anywhere close

I think there is an ivisiblesubliminalsarcasticmanicalinsult somewhere in there but maybe I'm wrong!

You didn't say anything offensive in the post about sealing wraps. I couldn't find any comments by others in the thread that should make you think someone found anything offensive. Did I miss something?

" I had a friend wrap a cue, about 4 months ago"
he did a Great Job,
I just wanted to get some opinions about a sealant...
it was white linen with black specs
Anyway,
Just recently I bring another cue for another white linen wrap,
and the cue got put on his back-burner"

wrap problem

Your last comment about him putting you on a back burner leads me to believe he was a friend helping a friend not a cue repair business taking on a job. Sometimes friends do favors for friends, but when asked to do more and more and more the friend pulls a slowdown because he thinks he's being taken advantage of. If I read your message correctly you are now asking for the third wrap out of this friend. Is he being paid to do the work or is it a (third) freebie??? Maybe this is the issue. Just a guess!!!!

No no no
DEFINITELY Being paid ,
And being done at his Shop, Not at home, or a hobby-thing"

I found where you said "Guys, thank you", to be extremenly offensive.
In addition, your comment about giving Scotchgard a try was way out there.
You may want to try a different approach in the future....:)

Maybe he had other prior commitments that you weren't aware of. You can't expect him to put everyone else "on hold" and jump right on your cue either. I don't know, but there could be more than meets the eye here.
