Over the years a few guys sold them. Halfastbanker or a handle close bought the Bob Hemple storage unit and offered them. I need one and I know somebody out there has one laying around. Please PM.
 
pretty sure I saw them being sold on ebay - the guy who had them it was speculated he was the old az member hangemhigh who vanished into thin air.

he was also selling some engles cases, one was stingray and $2500 iirc..

look around, you might get lucky...

I saw one on Ebay a few years ago but it was $75 then. They don't really cost that much but to get them made you have to place an order of thousands.
