This conversion was recently mailed out. I'm not sure of the customer's AZ name. Here is the link to my web page where I post a small write up for each cue.

Enjoy.

Gorgeous wood. Never seen a Dufferin with that nice of PH. I'd love to have one like that some day.

Thanks Kelly!

Kelly did an awesome job on this cue for me. I wanted a simple player with nice wood, and this is some of the nicest PH I've seen, the pictures don't do it justice. The maple in the forearm is really nice too.

The cue plays awesome with the shaft Kelly made, I had him put a Ki-tech medium on it, it has a very nice high pitched "tink" sound to it. The fit and finish on the cue is fantastic.

Kelly was a great guy to deal with, good communication and it was cool to watch the cue as it was being converted on his website.

I couldn't be happier with the way this cue came out, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Kelly!

That is some beautiful wood! Looks like a great sneaky.

How does the weight and balance come out on cues built on these blanks?

With various joint pin/joint options and partial coring the nose or butt (when the dufferin logo is not retained), almost any typical w&b can be achieved. Normally, around 19 ounces, 18.5 in balance from the rear. Partial coring is a little extra, but not always needed.
