Finger Slides- Thank You

Left or Right Hand

Nobody gives mine a second glance....

Unfortunally when worn on my rleft hand, the logo is upside down. I think I may have gotten a righthanded glove....It fits on my hand and it helps my game so the logo issue is a mute point.

FingerSlides are made with the web logo "Cue-Z" in the same direction for left or right hand use. I can flip the web around if requested. Just let me know when you place your order...

the following is a lot of unnecessary background info to simply say, after one day of using finger slides, i immediately missed them when i tried played without them the next day.

i've never played with a glove and never wanted to - i just wash my hands and dry them well. and there's always the little talc powder bag for some extra help.

then i got a home with a game room upstairs and a pool table (finally). but these hot Texas summers are brutal and i've been setting the upstairs thermostat to 85 during the day. even with clean hands it doesn't take long to lose my stroke to sweat while waiting for the room to cool down.

and now my wife and kid are learning to play and i cannot get them to develop their strokes because of how sticky their bridges are.

so i bought gloves for the rest of the family, but i still wasn't even considering a glove for myself.

then i was browsing an azb forum thread about open vs closed bridge and saw some strong endorsements for finger slides, followed the link and immediately ordered one.

i used them for the first time last night for a few hours and quickly decided that i liked them. went up to play this morning (without them) and immediately felt like something was wrong. i haven't used them long enough to be sure, but i think i might like these better than playing without them, even if my bridge doesn't need them.

admittedly, it took a little getting used to, but i like the cushiony thickness that surrounds and supports the shaft while my fingers actually loosen their grip.

and now the wife and kid are envious of my finger slides so i might be ordering a few more.

anyway, i thought this thread deserved a bump and another endorsement. finger slides are definitely worth trying.

While I'm happy with the product the shipping is kind of slow. I got my first set at the billiards expo 2 years a go. Well they finnaly wore out lol they started to shred where my pointer finger touches the cue so I ordered them last Saturday. I didn't get a notification until Friday that they were finaly shipped. Are they made to order? It seems kind of slow to put something in an envelope but the product is the nutz and defiantly worth the wait.
