Finish has pink colored runs after 1 yr refinish

I had a cue refinished about a year ago. The finish is turning pink in spots almost like a camo type pattern on the white parts (not ivory). I cant tell if its happening on the whole cue or not because its Ebony.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hi,

You have what is known in the cue world as the "pink spot syndrome". Watch out it is very contagious and I would not keep other cues in the same case! :groucho:

Seriously, take it back to the one who finished it. He will have to re refinish it at no charge to you.
