where we are today! Table is oriented incorrectly..just there to get out of way. Powder Coating for caps etc this week...should be back in a week...b then I might be ready for table install. Have several local quotes, non seem "stellar" in their knowledge of GC3's. Still lots to do up there in other areas of the 3rd "bonus" floor.

I can't imagine the hassle that it must have been, to get that table loaded in the truck, in that manner.

Room looks great, btw.

it was only 40 sheets of drywall. The slate...oh man..I should have hired that out!!!! I would not do that again.

I’m really slow on progress. Parts are off to powder coating. Table tentatively scheduled for 6-7, baseboard in. Test fitted cues in wall holder...need to make bottom piece a little shorter. Will make make framed glass/plexiglass doors - but that’s fiddily work I’m not good at so I’ll procrastinate as long as I can!!!!!!!

I'm glad you got this started before the wood/INCREA$E.
Around here, 4x8 plywood sheets were around 17$ a sheet, now they are nearly 56$ a sheet.
Looking good, I like your baseboard.

Did this to all my GCI's and II's in a pool room I owned, and did it to my home table GCI. Take the all the aprons and the ball box area and have em corn blasted (NOT SAND) takes less than an hour. Sand will ruin/etch the wood.
Next....Lightly sand the wood, takes Very little time, then stain it the Exact wood grain color of your choice, then a couple clear coats (3 if it's a commercial table).
The butcher block wood makeup of the aprons looks nice, even more so on the earlier GC's.
The aprons my GCI have 5-7 layers of glued poplar?....it brings out a nice wood look.

totally digging the in-wall/recessed cue case/display. (guessing you framed it like that/for it?)
