who is Richard Masters? nice LOOKING cue anyways! where is he from?

Richard is a local cue tip/repair guy that decided to make a couple cues...lol, like a lot of others....

he has only made a few cues...like 4/5...

Is the mohawk butt straight. i am interested if it is. i bought a few of them about a year or so ago and 4 out of the 5 butts were warped. they were famous for that. from what i understand they (mohawk) was the forerunner for falcon cues. they stopped making Mohawks and changed their name i believe. they were imported here into the U S by a man in New Jersey for awhile. So please let me know.................mike

mohawk butt and shaft are straight...shaft has very, very slight taper wobble...almost dead straight but just enough runout not to be...

joss is probably gone///waiting for payment. (btw, the joss is not mine, but belongs to a good friend of mine that cant even turn on a computer, but the cue IS in my possession.)

the masters cue has generated some interest also....

please be patient......today, i left for work at 615am and got home at 10pm..

will be off by 4pm tomorrow....will check in then.

If the Joss comes up available .....please pass it along to MFB....... I now got my eyes on a couple other sneaky's.... thanks :)

mohawk

I haven't heard the name mohawk in some time now,an old friend of mine "eddie sheehan"use to sell those cues out of emerald city,Nj, "my home town"...

Who is he? How does that cue hit, what does it weigh, and how thick is the butt.

Richard is just another local repair guy who has 'tinkered' with cue making, but I can vouch for this cue by saying it hits a TON, as I have played with it quite a bit.
$175 for this cue is certainly a deal.

I was in calibration in the US Army also...MOS 35 Hotel. Got my PMEL training at Lowery AFB in Denver in 1981!
