First case off the bench in 2015!
3x6 in a nice shade of brown, with a 16" pocket, shoulder strap and pad and clean and simple pinstripes.

Thanks for looking!

Hi Chuck. Great looking case. Someone will be happy. Solid doesn't begin to describe the way Chuck's cases are built.

clean work and look very solid!
Thanks! My biggest concern is to build a case that will still be usable 20-30 years from now!

Very nice
Thanks!

Superb case. Just gorgeous ...
Thank you sir!

Im wrapping up a cb holder for somebody..... you should see what I do to make those....LOL

That case has nice clean lines. Good work!
Thank you!

I'd like that. Except then I'd probably want one

Ben

I didnt take pics before this step, but its a couple of ABS couplers, with poplar discs glued and nailed in place.

Here is the leather going on the ends to cover the wood etc. ready to be smoothed down

A shot of the foam lining in place

Here is the leather "skin" that will cover the sides all tooled and ready for finish

Ill post more pics as I get it done, but as you can see, its not your common everyday ball holder..... LOL

I love seeing work-in-progress pictures! Thanks for sharing. Would definitely enjoy seeing more of these.

Also...I've sent you a couple PMs but haven't heard back since the first one. I'm sure you're busy, but if you get a chance, let me know. Thanks!

Here is the finished ball holder, and before anyone asks, NO, I wont be building any more like it...... cant sell them for what Ive got in them time wise.

Nice, congrats! I was actually just looking at that case the other day, it's amazing! You're a lucky guy. I'm hoping to get a simple 2x4 Fields case for myself in the near future, they look amazing.
