It wasn't really that hard, just time consuming, I got enough to do 3 cues. Next time, I will make the big billet twice the length and I will get enough to do 6 cues. I use 2 of the big ones in each cue.
The slots came out exactly the programmed width. The inlay strips only required a drag of about 2 inches on 220 paper to fit perfectly.
Bigger and better things to follow.
