I make these decals myself. I usually offer my designs to local people only but they were a hit in my area and thought I would offer them to the rest of the pool world. Inside or outside?

Are these decals that go on the inside or the outside. Is the sticky side on the front of the decal or on the back of the decal?

These go on the outside of the window and yes I can make a 9-ball if desired.
