That is the Russian game called Pyramid, fun game. There is only one of those tables in Florida that I know of and it's at Ultimate Billiards in Fort Pierce. I played a few games while down there for the KF Cues Tour. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiM3tBIB9Qs
