In this case, it is a sin. It's no sin to experiment. Let us know how it works out!
Just curious what you believe is lost?I’d say the scales definitely lean to the lost side in this case.
Aesthetics for one. I don’t think it will function quite the same as a typical no-fold corner either. Adding three layers of cloth to the corner facings is not standard and therefore will probably change ball reactions.Just curious what you believe is lost?
I am following this guy on this one, its his story I am stickin to as well!Aesthetics for one. I don’t think it will function quite the same as a typical no-fold corner either. Adding three layers of cloth to the corner facings is not standard and therefore will probably change ball reactions.
Only reason you're putting a fold on the corners is because you lack in the skills needed to install the cloth correctly.I have been folding the cloth on my corner pockets, the same as you would do on the side pockets and it helps to reduce opening a bit , and prolonging corner wear . It also is much easier to do. Am I committing a sin ?
No pics.Attached are pics of my corners, I have done stapled corners in the past but wanted to try something different. The corners play the same to me, but after 60 years of playing I’m still a hacker!
