For sale: Muecci star of david (ivory edition)

On my other active forums, there's a minimum 20 post or 3 month (which ever comes first) prerequisite before being able to access or post on the classified forums--to better clairifiy the needs and responsibilites of an appropriate sale.

Just sayin....

Heard rumors of such, but, per unreliable sources, IT was devoured by the LOCH NESS monster.

(just sayin if dyed maple can be called "ebony" imagine what could be IVORY)

I was told by Bob Meucci himself that he never used ivory,it was a crappy material and would crack, unlike the plastic that he used that would never crack!;),guesse he never saw one of his ferrulles!:p

This model is actually a sentimental model for me. It was the first expensive cue I ever bought (off the back of a truck). I played with that cue while learning the game. A couple years later, I set real diamonds in the stars and later traded the cue for a Honda Accord. Years after that, I acquired yet another Star of David (I believe the were M-13's also). It played so well, I cut it in half and made it my jumper. Still have it to this day. This and the Olypmpian (i think) were the best looking Meucci's back then.

Bob used ivory in a few early crown jewel cues. The ivory versions were scrimshawed with a number inside the ball of the septer.

I think I am missing something. You have a case and Lucasi jump cue available for $1500?

How much for the ivory edition Meucci, then? I have owned many Meucci Star of David cues and have never seen one with real ivory in it. I would certainly love to see pix. I collected nothing but Meucci Originals for many years.

Meucci DH-3 "Star of David" cue

This is a real Meucci "Star of David" cue, model number DH-3. The cue you have posted here isn't an original model DH-3 with David Howard's name on it.
