I won a full box on EBay for $60. The lid of the box was pretty much
demolished. The guy did send me every little torn piece tho, in case I wanted to tape it back together.
I search at least once a week for more but no luck.

are these still fresh and soft/rubbery or are they hard as rocks and dried out?

I'm not quite sure if they were ever soft. The ones I have are hard as rocks.
I thought thats what they were supposed to be like.

There hard but they are really nice not alot of cracking. I have selected them in order of zero cracks to more cracks . First come first serve. Please veiw pics there all very nice.
