Just waiting on cloth to arrive! Which I am getting for free thanks to my son's sponsor Str8-Shots (thanks Kimberly).

Nothing fancy, Olhausen 8' Gem, but I got it for free from a nice guy on craigslist. BTW, to whoever said "pics or it didn't happen" in my first post a few months ago about this table when I said I got one for free, Boo Yah, in yo' face! :):wink:

The red walls look a lot better than they show up in the pic, it's an aged brick. My uncle is building a stage type thing in the background, it's primed now light blue but will be hunter green when done.

Nice! Same table I started learning on back at billiards and bagels. Was always of fan if the design, congrats!
 
These photos do not constitute proof of anything at all. To think as much is about as useless as asking for photographic proof in the first place.

That is not to say I do not believe you. Quite the opposite.

How sad that someone could not take at face value the words of another anonymous forum user. What a sad life that person must lead.

Good luck and fun times with your new table and your son you are clearly very proud of both..

I cannot joke on here. Being British my jokes are too sophisticated for you colonial types.

This is why I am the voice of reason here, whereas in the uk iam the voice of doom. There may be contracts out on me still from the last time I was active..
 
Voice of reason is right. To prove its your own pictures take a pic of the table with u showing off your abs by it
 
I hope you and your son have years of fun on the table. I'd say

More than enough, I could have fit a 9' table in there, but this 8' one was free. No tight spots at any sides.

Once the ceiling is cleaned up a bit I'm going to put a carpet around the table for some more comfort in playing as I know this thing will see a lot of use.
My son's stated goal is to make the Mosconi Cup team so he can kick some Euro butt, as he got upset at the last few losses by the US team :)
His more near term goal is to win the Jr Nationals this year as he's going to go up in age bracket next year. He does pretty well for someone that only plays twice a week for maybe 4 hours total on average, hopefully the added time with our own table will get him to the level he needs to win.
