Forgive me first off if there is such in place already and i was not aware.

Here is my suggestion. AZ should offer a paid membership. Many forums do. Paid membership is not required however if you are paid lets say $25 annual you get double or triple the PM storage space. Also you get a tag on side bar of your post to reconize you as a supporting member. just a suggestion...

Holy cow thats awesome as you can see i am already in thanks I was going to suggest this a couple months back and it hit me again when i ran out of pm space to night and had to clear some...Awesome

ehh.. the whole PM thing isnt that big of a benifit.. if you really NEED to save some info out of a PM then just copy and paste it into draft form on your email account.

If I have ever had a deal that needed more attention or that I thought I might need to call something back up at a later date then I ALWAYS pull it off of this server...

That way you never have to worry about the occasions where this site might go tits up for while.

I am just sharing a way that folks can save their PMs and ALWAYS have acsess to them.

Another way to save PM space is to unselect 'save a copy' for sent PMs. The settings default to 'save'.

I like the support idea and I think it will work out well.

I don't know if AZ is able to set this up, but how about an AZ email account?

Example: badkarma@azbilliards.com

This maybe more than AZ can do with the available equipment, but it's just a thought.
