I don't see a more appropriate place to post this. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Once I see a thread I'm not interested in, I don't want to see it again. But threads are always moved up when new replies are posted. This is particularly annoying in the "Wanted/For Sale" area. People are constantly bumping their threads up (can't blame them - done it myself already). But once I've seen the initial post and see that I'm not interested in the cue for sale - or whatever the thread may be about - it would be much easier to sift through new threads if the older threads weren't clogging the view of the forum.
There are various ways to sort threads (Display Options, lower left of the forum's page). My suggestion would be to add the option to sort threads by date of the original post. This would come in handy, but wouldn't have to be used that way by the individual user. So it adds a function without taking away from the people who currently like the way things work. So to the people who run AZ there's a suggestion for you. By the way, thanks for providing such a great tool.
Perhaps the people who run AZ would be more likely to implement this if enough people chimed in here. So if anyone else likes this suggestion...
